Procedures must stay clear
A pathway is hard for miners to follow when documents, contacts and steps are unclear. Support first makes this sequence understandable.
CIFTAM’s role is to prepare documents, explain steps and guide people to the competent services.
Distinguish documents, follow-up and official titles
A prepared document, an internal file number and an authority-issued title have different meanings. Digital interfaces must keep this distinction clear.
Programme cards, document tracking and administrative acts are separate points of reference.
Maintain information continuity
Document follow-up should clarify versions, requests for additional information and completed steps. Corrections must not obscure the pathway.
Tools must specify who may view, correct and share information, for what purpose and under which rules.
Find the right contact
The Centre helps people understand procedures and prepare discussions. Official titles, decisions and public procedures remain with the competent authorities.
Precise guidance helps people find reliable information and prepare the right documents.
