An initial understanding
Explain CIFTAM’s role, listen to the need and outline the support steps.
Our work
A programme centred on artisanal miners, connecting support, formalisation, financial inclusion and digital continuity.

Needs arise in different orders. An artisan may need information, a cooperative better document organisation, and a women’s association help with management.
CIFTAM organises these needs into a clear pathway, distinguishing information, preparation and follow-up from decisions by authorised providers.
OUR AREAS OF WORK

Procedures miners can understand and better organised documents for their cooperatives.

Bring a miner’s needs, documents and follow-up into one digital pathway.

Put women, collective savings and economic initiatives at the centre.

Support miners and cooperatives, and prepare their equipment needs.
A CLEAR PATHWAY

Explain CIFTAM’s role, listen to the need and outline the support steps.

THE INTEGRATED PATHWAY

Combine financial education, voluntary saving, preparation and referral to authorised providers.

Design private programme cards, interfaces, data and dashboards suited to each role.

Document needs, prepare equipment access and organise delivery, maintenance and follow-up under the agreed terms.

Connect sites, operations, lots, movements and documents within an authorised scope.

Support AVEC groups, income-generating activities, leadership, diversification and household resilience.
CROSS-CUTTING CAPABILITIES

Assessments, training, awareness, technical assistance and monitoring help understand needs and strengthen capacity.

Workshops, seminars, forums and institutional exchanges help explain procedures and support cooperation around field needs.

Solidarity, education and community support extend the Centre’s mission of inclusion.
