Access does not start with a form

A miner may know a service’s name without understanding the commitment. Support starts by clarifying the need, explaining terms and identifying useful questions.

At CIFTAM, understanding comes before applying. It helps distinguish general information, a referral and a provider’s actual offer.

Prepare meaningful information

Work history, a budget or a needs statement is useful only when understandable and consistent. Gathering information is not an end in itself.

Prepare for dialogue: what is the person trying to achieve, what resources do they have and what constraints apply? Ask only for proportionate information.

Know who decides

CIFTAM prepares the dialogue. The financial institution assesses the file and explains its own terms, costs and checks.

A clear file helps everyone understand the applicant’s needs, resources and constraints.

Questions to ask before committing

Understand the total cost, deadlines, consequences of delay, required guarantees and complaint channel before committing.

These questions help people understand obligations and choose an appropriate service with full awareness.
